Email or call us to book a discovery call with our Outsourcing Specialist to discuss which tasks from your list you would like us to accomplish.
We will also plan a strategy to ensure that we provide you with the best Virtual Assistant tailored to your needs.
We will guide you on making the most of your VA’s time, ensuring every penny you spend is worth it!
Step 2
Finding the right fit
We will pair you with qualified Virtual Assistant(s) according to your needs who have a background, experience, and necessary skills for all tasks you would like to complete. From there, you can choose from top-vetted VAs and conduct an online interview via Skype or Zoom.
You can also leave this part to us if you need someone urgent! We will ensure to find the right match for you!
STEP 3
Onboarding Process
Once you have found the perfect VA that is right for you, we will be sending you a Kickstarter pack of guidelines for working with Virtual Assistants, along with access to essential tools that we use (i.e., Hubstaff, Airtable, Google Drive, etc.) to track and manage your VA’s time.
You will have a dedicated Manager who will be guiding and assist you from time to time and ensure proper communication with your Virtual Assistant!
Bi-monthly reports will also be sent straight to your inbox!

Can I choose my Virtual Assistant?
Absolutely! After we have analyzed your VA needs, we will be providing you with our top 3-5 Virtual Assistants who are equipped with skills, talent, and experiences that tailor-fit your requirements. You will get the chance to interview and choose from all the short-listed VAs we have endorsed.
How can I track my Virtual Assistant's hours?
We provide 100% transparency. You will be receiving access to your Virtual Assistant’s Hubstaff time-tracking software. You will be able to see real-time screenshots, reports, and productivity from their day-to-day logins.
When will my Virtual Assistant be available?
Our Virtual Assistants are very flexible and can work in whichever time zone you are in. Just let us know which time zone the VA needs to follow, and we will make it happen!

If down the road you may require some tasks that are out of your current Virtual Assistant’s scope and abilities, just let us know and we will find an add-on VA for you in order to complete any tasks you may require.
